The object is errors of radiation power measuring methods and means, and also use method of cryogenic radiometer for realizing of the luminios efficiency unit and radiometric construction method of temperature scal. The aim is development and research of methods and power measuring means of optical radiaton. Methods are of mathematical modeling and statistics, optical, electric, and temperature measuring. The new approach and results are: the method of the candela realization is developed, a radiometric construction method of temperature scale is explored, the radiation measuring methods by the twodiodes instalation and trapdetector are developed and studied, thin-film radiometer AP-300 is developed, the method of neutralization of background radiation in cryogenic radiometer is developed.
