A dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the development conformities of natural laws of home land legislation and process of its codification; originality and development stages interrelation and codification of land legislation of Ukraine; the possibilities of general and inner branch codification of land legislation are considered. The analysis of prevailing codification acts of land legislation of Ukraine is carried out. Conclusions and recommendations as for to the formation and codification of new land legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
