The thesis is dedicated to the study of the effect of gibberellin on the morphophysiological indications and fruiting of the sorts of vine, belonging to the different biological groups. The comparison of the morphophysiological indications that can be seen after the treatment of exogenous giberellin and after the rise of level of endogenous gibberellinalike substances and after the lesion of vine by the deforming anthracnose lets us suppose that the pathogene of this disease produce gibberellinalike substances. The optimum concentrations, methods and terms of treatment of plants by the gibberellin were experimentally determined in the industrial conditions that improve fruiting of vine. It has been proved that gibberellin has a positive influence on the all biological groups of the vine sorts. The results of the research have been applied in industry.
