Object of research - regularity of connection between a large intestine microflora state determined by bacteriological and biochemical tests, dynamics of clinical signs of disease under the anamnestic data, objective, instrumental, general clinical laboratory tests and the type of used therapy. The purpose - rising of salmonellosis gastrointestinal form treatment efficacy by taking into account colon microecocenosis state. Methods of research: general clinical tests; proctoscopy; bacteriological (method of serial dilution) and biochemical (determination of feces supernatants proteolytic activity) analysis of a colon microflora state; blood serological and feces bacteriological tests with the purpose of determination of disease etiology; methods of microorganisms antibioticresistant and adhesive activity detection. The opportunity of feces proteolytic activity detection for express - identification of microflora disturbances was shown. The scheme of salmonellosis treatment with application of antidiarr hoeal phytogenous drug - Erican was worked out and applied in. Results of research were inculcated in public health service field.
