Author investigates circumstances of origin, matter and structure of the historic-legal "Notes" about rights of the Ukrainian nobiliti as monuments of historic thought. Hi ex amines the historiographiy of the problem in the context of the spiritual-valuable paradigms, which conditioned the peculiarities of the estimations of Ukrainian nobiliti and its historic views. As a result of the investigation the authors of the monuments were identified, the models of the historic thinking were reconsructed, the tendencies of the development of the historic thought of the Ukrainian nobiliti were determined.
