Nezhurbida S. Criminal careless: conception, mechanism and ways of counteraction.

The thesis is dedicated to actual problems of criminal carelessness. The beginnings and development of the institution of careless guilt, it's legal-criminal and criminological descriptions, personality of careless criminal are researched; causes and conditions of perpetration of careless crimes, peculiarities of mechanism of criminal careless behavior are determined. The perfection of legislative definition of carelessness and division into main groups of careless crimes, consideration them as specific form of display of the complex of "willfulness and illusion", consideration the only first cause of their perpetration as absence of legal culture are proposed. The measures of counteraction to crimes, which are committed on carelessness, are proposed and the methods of their precautions are considered, the proposals are expressed, recommendations about activization and perfection of activities on their prevention are given.
