Essay

Based on an electron microscope and kariometric examination, also the study of qualitative and quantitative mast cells prostate dynamics, study of PAS - positive substances dynamics and blood channel development, two intensive transformation periods in an organ (18-24 and 29-32 weeks of prenatal ontogenesis) are determined. During the vascular system development, the presence of two prostate microcircular networks was found: the periglandular and the subcapsular networks joint by conjunctive capillares. So we can establish the division of mast cells into groups by the functional-topographic sign. The reserches have shown a key role of cells mast in morphostructural transformations proceeding in human's prostata during prenatal ontogenesis.
