Essay

In the present candidate's thesis the main stages of the I World War in Bukovina are examined. Special attention is paid to military operations in the region and the condition of population. The factors that influenced over the plans of the enemy's sides and stipulated the disposition of military operations in the region are also found out in this thesis. The constant satelite of war were refugees. New periodicity is suggested and Russian occupation specification of the region is elucidated.
