Object of research: the agricultural enterprises cultivation of seeds in the Poltava oblast. The purpose of research: development of theoretical -methodical bases and substantiation of directions maintenance of financial stability the agricultural enterprises. Methods: a dialectic method of knowledge, receptions of the analysis and synthesis: grouping, generalization, comparisons, settlement, economic-mathematical modeling, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: development of theoretical-methodological, methodical and practical bases of maintenance of financial stability of the agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: the essence of concept " financial stability of the enterprise " is specified; are offered model aggregating of balance and classification of actives by duration of use and economic contents; the methodical approaches of definition of a level of financial stability the agricultural enterprise are proved; the system of parameters of an estimation and their optimum sizes is determined; complex of measures on maintenance of financial stability of the agricultural enterprises. Degree of introduction: the results of research are used in educational process of the Poltava state agrarian academy, are recommended to introduction Senior management of agriculture and foodstuffs Poltava regional state administration.
