Uve M. Strategy of attracting of the foreign investments into new federal territories of reunited Germany

The process of international investing as a form of foreign activity of enterprises and its impact on receiving country economy as well as social-economic consequences for countries-recipients of foreign capital were researched in the theses. At the same time the main attention was paid to analysis of foreign investments attraction to new federal lands of united Germany. The available theoretical base of investing abroad was analyzed, different assertions of classical economic theory were considerably revised with the purpose to utilize them in countries with transitional economy. As were proved in the theses, legislature, institutional mechanisms of foreign capital inflow regulation, forms of foreign entrepreneurship, limitations and stimulation in attraction and overturning of foreign capital are the constituent part of state policy in foreign direct investments stimulation.
