Gladkov E. Dihydro-1,2,3-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and their azaanalogues

Object of study: Dihydro- and tetrahydroderivatives of 1,2,3-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and tetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. Aim of investigation: To work up the methods of synthesis of the dihydro- and tetrahydroderivatives of 1,2,3-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and tetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and to study their reactions and imine-enaminic tautomeric equilibrium. Methods of study: Synthesis, NMR, ms, IR spectroscopy, quantum-chemical calculations. Results: The methods of synthesis of dyhydroderivatives of tetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and 1,2,3-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines have been developed. New ways of their chemical transformation have been found. Field of implementation: Heterocyclic Chemistry.
