Kyeting O. Changes of bioelectric activity of heart at effect of anthracyclines and ways of their correction.

The thesis is devoted to study of changes of bioelectric activity of the heart under influence of anthracyclines and development of ways of their correction. Through reference ECG of rest with calculation of a dispersion of repolarization of ventricles and Holter monitoring the bioelectric activity of heart rated at acute and chronic effect of anthracyclines. The interrelation changes of ECG and state of the vasoregulation function of an endothelium for the patients is parsed which have received small (<550 мг/м2) and major (>550 мг/м2) cumulative doses of cytostatics. Is proved, that Verapamilum and Propranololum essentially reduce gravity of silent myocardial ischemia and expressiveness of a dispersion of repolarization of ventricles for the inspected patients, and Verapamilum is most effective for the patients, which have received major cumulative doses of anthracycline, and Propranololum - small.
