Andronov O. Municipal financial management under terms of limited investment.

- The dissertation is devoted to protection of the scientific provisions, which contain researches in the field of management of the finance of city for want of sufficient volumes of investment resources for its development. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the system creation and usage of the local finance is determined the purposes and control functions by the finance of city, the theoretical bases of reforming of this system and improvements of the mechanism of creation of the incomes of the local budgets are justified. In operation the effective system of financial alignment as additional source of investment resources of city is offered. The offers on development of the market of municipal valuable papers, on creation in peripheral cities are formulated at the expense of development of local banks of the advanced bank structure.
