In the normal condition by means of contemporary investigative methods it was determined the third type of bazal epidermocytes with keratynosomes. Morphological criterion of autodermograft viability and succession and character changes were investigated in the different storage of skin and comparative analysis was carried out in the hypotermal storage, glycerol-formalin, glycerol-yolk mixture and cryoconservation. Ascertained autografts viability terms allow to recommend their usage in practical medicine.
