Koval Y. Phototherapy in complex gingivitis treatment in children and teenagers.

This thesis is devoted to studying of peculiarities of gingivitis pathogenesis in children and teenagers in connection with metabolic system's functioning of acido-alkaline homeostasis regulation of the oral fluid in this group of patients and searching for new effective complex medically-prophylactic schemes of these processes' correction by means of the influence of a physical factor and medical drugs separately and in combination. It is proved that in gingivitis there is a decompensation of acido-alkaline homeostasis's metabolic system in the oral fluid with increase of metabolites' contents in it with prevalence of oxidated forms. The application of dichromatic phototherapy with the light of kwazilazer for treatment of gingivitis and medicamental therapy with medicines of integral correction - "Namatsitum" and "Glutamevitum" leads to elimination of gingival inflamation and normalises redox-state of the oral fluid, mostly effective in case of their combined complex action with high, up to 86,6 % oftreatment and prophylactic effect.
