For the domestic religious studies the thesis is the first complex research of the place and role of TKDA publications devoted to the history of Ukraine-Rus' Church. In the work it is thrown light on the phenomenon of the journal TKDA as an outstanding center ecclesiastical and historical science. The analysis is given to he publications concerning the history of Old Rrus' Church in which the priority role have the problems of Rus'-Ukraine Christening, organization and activity of Kievan Rus' Church, importance of Kievan churches and monasteries in the development of Old Rus' state and Church.
