Object of study - multidimensional nonlinear functions "inputs-output", which allow to describe correlation between input and output variables as natural language expressions IF-THEN, which are formalized by fuzzy logic; subject of study - mathematical models and algorithms for synthesis and adjusting of fuzzy knowledge bases, which realize identification of multidimensional nonlinear functions "inputs-output"; methods of study - methods of identification theory, theory of fuzzy sets, genetic algorithms of optimization, neural networks, theory of experiment and computer simulation; the purpose of study - elaboration of methods and mathematical models for optimal synthesis and adjusting of fuzzy knowledge bases as sets of expert expressions "IF (inputs) - THEN (output)", which describe the behaviour of multidimensional nonlinear functions, based on experimental data "inputs-output"; theoretical end practical results - new methods of fuzzy knowledge bases synthesis and fine adjusting, methods and algorithm of daily charts of electric power consumption forecasting process with fuzzy input factors realization, automated system for daily charts of electric power consumption forecasting; degree of introduction - within the limits of field; sphere (field) of introduction - technical and medical diagnostic, technical mill and status of market forecasting, decisions making in business.
