The dissertation regards problems connected with competition and competability of airlines on air transportation market in Ukraine. The analysis of main factors concerning airlines competability has shown that the market of air transportation services has a very complicated structure which is formed under the influence of numeral factors relating to organization and development of the market process. The classification of these factors is quite necessary for the determination of the market segment of airlines in the process of services .
