Essay

In the work is researched the process of a surfacing of metal alloys on a base of transition metals by laser radiation with the purpose of development of the technology of plotting of coatings, which have amorphous-microcrystalline structure. The optimum treatment schedules are obtained which provide in aggregate creation of high-quality surface layers with the predicted physical-mechanical characteristics. The hard-surface and corrosion properties of laser coatings from multicomponent alloys are researched which are inclined to amorphization. It is designed and the master schedule and scheme of a laser surfacing of working surfaces of parts is optimized which lock gates. The factory recearces are shown the essential rise of a life expectancy of trimmed details in twice.
