The thesis is dedicated to the improvement of the early diagnostics of arterial hypertension in children with glomerulonephritis. A complex algorithm of examining children who suffer from glomerulonephritis has been elaborated to affectively diagnose arterial hypertension at the stage of its genesis. It is based on the following methods of investigation : historytaking, clinical and laboratory investigation, Dopplersonography and radioimmunology. The application of the proposed markers as highly informative specific criteria of the genesis of arterial hypertension has been proved expedient for cases of glomerulonephritis in children
