Essay

Object of research: process of entering of mineral fertilizers by spreaders' bins. The purpose of research: a substantiation of constructive and technological parameters of capacity spreader of mineral fertilizers for maintenance of increase of stability of their submission to the point of their in-layers distribution. Methods: the classical mechanics, differential geometry, theory of probability and mathematical statistics, realization of laboratory researches and check of results in field conditions. Theoretical and practical results: the mathematical model of expire process of mineral fertilizers inside the bin is developed; the practical recommendations as nomograms are offered which influence an overall performance spreader; the variants of the advanced spreaders' designs are offered. Scientific novelty: the laws of process moving of mineral fertilizers in the bin are determined; the rational process of the expiration of mineral fertilizers and conditions its realization is determined; the developed technique of account of rational constructive and technological parameters of spreaders' bins. Degree of introduction: the results of research are offered to be used at the enterprises for manufacturing spreaders of mineral fertilizers. Efficiency: the economic benefit of introduction advanced spreader will make 132,1 grn./gа. Sphere, branch of use: an agriculture, mechanization of entering of fertilizers.
