The thesis is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of clinical symptoms and immune status in children and adolescents with hypermobile syndrome and arthritises based on its. Syndrome of hypermobility is characterise by polysystemic features of connective tissue desorders. Enumerated changes immune gomeostasis can have prognostic significanse for development of joint diseases. The maintaining of functional capability of joints is one of peculiarities of joint syndrom. Principles for follow-up of children and adoles-cents with hypermobile syndrome have been grounded.
