Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of clinical symptoms and metabolism of collagen and elastin in adolescents with different forms of connective tissue dysplasia - with isolated affection of cardiovascular system and systemic connective tissue dysplasia. Criteria for prediction of unfavarable as for outcomes types of cardiac of connective tissue dysplasia have been worked out. Principles for follow-up of adolescents with different forms of connective tissue dysplasia considering clinical features and biochemical indices have been grounded.
