Essay

The thesis is dedicated tо the working up of prophylactic complex of pathologic changes of the prosthetic bed tissues in full removable denture. Basing on the obtained data, there was grounded the efficacy of the combined use of orthopedic, physio- and phytotherapeutic effect in order to slow done the alveolar process atrophy of the edentulous jaws and to increase effectiveness of wearing removable acryl prostheses by adaptation of the tissues of the prosthetic bed as soon as possible. There was devised and grounded a way of prophylaxis of pathologic atrophy of the prosthetic bed tissues including the application of soy-bean isoflavons "ECSO", vacuum exposure and protective covering of the prosthesis basis.
