Essay

Patients with "dry" ARMD, isolated retinal ganglion cells of the experimental animals (rats). It was demonstrated that after using neuroprotectors i the medical treatment of the ARMD chorioretinal hemodinamic and visual functions of the macula were increased. It was revealed that after treatment course with nifedipine visual functions and hemodinamics level of the patients were stable during more longer period. Clinical, electrophisiologycal, statistical. The method have been instiled into work of the ophthalmological clinics and departments of the eye diseases. The field of usage is ophthalmology and medecine.
