Essay

An accelerated complex technique for treatment of the patients with anomalies of the tooth position caused by the supernumerary teeth was worked out. The incidence of these anomalies was 2,27 % of all orthodontic diseases. The experimental study allowed establishing that enzyme activity of lydasa at laser irradiation of its solutions in lidocaine was preserved for 10 minutes. Helium-neon laser improves lydasa permeability to the tissues when administered using laserophoresis. Laserophoresis of lydasa increased plastic properties of the bone tissue of the jaws and made it less resistant to the influence of external mechanical factors. Laserophoresis delays reparative regeneration of the bone tissue on the stage of formation of tissue specific structures and does not cause dysregeneration. Clinical study of 51 patients that the use of the accelerated complex technique reduced the term of the treatment: in the group of patients aged 6 - 8 - 1,3 times, in the group of patients aged 9 - 12 - 1,43, in the group over 13 - 1,55 times.
