Complex analysis of defining wages under a collective bargaining. The conception, sphere and types of contractual-legal regulation are investigate in this work. The attention is paying to the analysis of levels, subjects and forms of realisation of the liabilities under collective bargaining, investigation of responsibility for neglecting the liabilities to define wage under collective bargaining. The concrete proposals on developing the legislation system on defining wages under collective bargaining and its practical application were done.The results of these researches can be used in all types of enterprises, firms and establishments regardless of any forms of property.
