Essay

Existing large panel residential buildings. Further development of calculation and rational design method for thermal rehabilitation projects of large panel residential buildings. Research methods are numerical modelling, regression analysis, multivariant design. Technical and economic efficiency of thermal rehabilitation of existing large panel residential buildings has been investigated. An engineering method of building heat loss calculation has been advanced in the part of heat losses through linear heat-conducting intrusions. Rational thermal rehabilitation design method for residential buildings has been developed. On its basis optimum values of modernisation protection structures systems technical parameters have been determined accounting for climatic, micro- and macroeconomic conditions in Ukraine
