Candidate's thesis is dedicated to the problem of treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B (CVH B) and investigation of peculiarities of our new recombinant (2 -interferon, having commercial name viaferon which was produced under new technological conditions at the State enterprise "Enzim" Ukrainian Ministry of Public Health. The antivirus activity, harmlessness in acute and chronic cases, stability of domestic recombinant IFN-(2 (viaferon) was studied. It was problem that complex treatment of CVH B patients with the use of viaferon facilitates normalization of clinical, biochemical and electrolyte indicators in patients, elimination of HBV DNA, HBeAg, HBsAg out of biood. The expediency of use of domestic recombinant IFN-(2 (viaferon), produced in Ukranion under new knowhow, as antiviral, immunomodulating medicine in complex treatment of CVH B patient.
