Zaika I. Finance resources management of agricultural enterprises

Object of research: process of management of financial resources of the agricultural enterprises of Lugansk region. The purpose of research: development scientifically - are proved of recommendations for perfection of methods of management of financial resources of the enterprises on an example of the agricultural enterprises of Lugansk region. Methods: the analysis and synthesis; historical-economic; statistical groupings; the comparative analysis; monographic; graphic; economic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: for the first time are developed a technique of integrated maintenance's diagnostics and effective utilization of financial resources of the agricultural enterprise, the methodical approaches to account of normative factor of a covering are complemented, it is offered to take into account in structure of financial resources of the enterprise ready production as conditional financial resources, the essence of an economic category "financial resources of the enterprise" is specified. Scientific novelty: consists in complex research of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of effective management of financial resources of the agricultural enterprises of Lugansk region in conditions of reforming of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. Degree of introduction: system of parameters and the results of an estimation of security of the enterprises of Lugansk region by financial resources are accepted to introduction by Regional management of statistics and are used in practical activity of "Statistics of the finance" department, the technique of diagnostics of financial stability is recommended Senior management of an agriculture and foodstuffs Lugansk regional state administration for introduction at the enterprises of region, the approbation of a technique is carried out on meanings of Educational-experience farm LSАU. Efficiency: the offered technique of diagnostics of financial stability of the agricultural enterprises will allow to raise ensuring by financial resources at the expense of the revealed reserves.
