Essay

Reaction of fluorination of chiral alcohols. Preparations of fluorine-containing chiral structural blocks and application in the synthesis of natural compound's analogues. Chemical synthesis, physics-chemical methods, spectrometrs, chromatograph. It was proved, that acceptor substituents influence on regio- and stereoresults of reaction fluorination. The methods of asymmetric synthesis of fluorine-containing structures for the preparation of analogues of biologically active substances were developed. Bioorganic and organic chemistry.
