Essay

The preparative method of synthesis of condensed pyrrolo[b]pyrazines and pyrrolo-[3',4':4,5][1,3]thiazoles was developed. The directions of cyclization of interaction 3,4-dichloro-N-R-maleimides with 2-thio-5-R-6-azauraciles, 2-thio-5-R1-6-R2-uraciles and 2-thioquinazolone were determined. The hydrolysis of the pyrrolo[3',4':4,5][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimi-dine-4,6,8-triones and pyrrolo[3',4':4,5][1,3]-thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazine-2,6,8-triones in aqueous dioxane-TEA resulted in formation of 5-oxo-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-а]pyrimidine-2-carbox-amides and 7-oxo-7H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]-triazine-2-carboxamides respectively.
