Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the decision of problem of biliary motility disorders in patients with chronic acalculousis cholecystits and to the substantiation of new approaches to their correction. There was proved the necessity of the third phase of duodenal motor cycle and the stimulation of bile extraction during the second phase. The usage of ultrasound functional probes with therapeutic agents was grauded for the evaluation of dyskinetic gallbladder disorders and the objectivisation of cholekinetic action and choice of adequate choleretic drugs and excluding the negative hypokinetic effect in case of their combination with spasmolythics. There were proposed the differentional approaches to the therapy of biliary motility disorders.
