Essay

The thesis is devoted to the substantation of a new method of protaction against vibrations of rotors, based on a simultaneous balancing of a rotor and damping of its angular vibrations, creation on its basis of passive autobalancer-dampers,research of dynamics of a rotor and autobalancer-dampers. The designs of devices are offered, in which the approach-correcting freights of a definite form with a fixed point on a centerline of a rotor are used. The overall dimensions, balance capacity and other characteristics of new devices are investigated. Dynamics of rotor and autobalancer-dampers is investigated theoretically and experimentally. The activity of an autobalancer-damper is investigated at various modes of motion of a rotor and at balancing of different disbalances.
