Essay

The dissertation focuses on the experimental study of tissue reactions on surgically implanted glue, hemostatic and suture materials and provides substantiation for their clinical application. It has been found that such alginate materials can accelerate specific blood clotting at the stage of polymerization of the fibrin-monomer. The peculiarities for cell reactions found prove that there is an individual effect of the implants on tissue, homeostasis, and the recovery process in the area of their introduction.
