3. The influence of the mineral water “Velicobagachanskaya” on signs of pyelonephritis activity, such as con-centration of Ig A, Ig M, Ig G in blood serum, other sings of immunologic homeostasis, on carrying antibodies Ig M and Ig G to M.hominis, on frequency of the disease exac-erbation during 6 and 12 months after having treatment in the health resort is studied in our research. Using of drinking regimen in the therapy is accompanied by decreasing clinical and laboratorial sings of the in-flammatory process (disuria, proteinuria, hematuria, bac-teriuria), but reliable influence on immunoglobulins was not found. The combination of drinking regimen and bal-neologic therapy leads to normalization of urinary sedi-ment, concentration of Ig A, Ig M, Ig G in blood serum, depression of T-helpers, T-suppressors, phagocytosis. Positive changes in the course of chronic plonephritis are kept during 6 months after hydrotherapy course, but changes of immunity which testify about pos-sibility of pyelonephritis exacerbation (depression of T-cells, T-helpers, Ig G) appear in 12 months after having treatment in the health resort. That might be basis to re-peat the hydrotherapy course with the mineral water.
