Patients with age-related cataract. Efficacy improvement of age-related cataract treatmеnt. Clinical methods of research. Influence of preexisting corneal astigmatism and suture fixation upon postoperative visual acuity is investigated. Data about cornea biomechanical changes following cataract surgery are received. Enhanced method of extracapsular cataract extraction is employed into clinical use. Sphere of use is the medecine, ophthalmology.
