Essay

The main processes in real HgCdTe and PbSnTe real crystals under the shock wave influence are determined. The presence of two concurrent mechanisms of shock wave affect to point defects is shown. The anodic oxide - HgCdTe interface rebuilding is developed as well as the improvement of the structures thermal stability under shock wave treatment. All mentioned above is the basis for development of materials with improved parameters for infrared optoelectronics.
