Essay

Patients with retinal rhegmatogenous detachments with posterior breaks. The aim is efficacy improvement of patients with this pathology. Methods of research are ophthalmological, electrophysiological, statistical. Usage of multifocal projection of light point test to the eye fundus for reveal full-thickness macular hole and the new pathogenetic approach to pneumatic retinopexy was рroved, that permits to improve efficacy of diagnosis and treatment. Devising methods was employed into clinical use. Sphere of use is the medecine, ophthalmology.
