Object - pulmonary tuberculosis, first discovered for alcohol abusing persons; aim - the improvement efficacy of the complex treatment for destructive pulmonary tuberculosis in patients who are alcohol abusers by using pathogenetic means of the therapy; methods - clinical, rentgenological, biochemical, immunological, fhthisiologycal; the new a method was worked out that was based on using in the complex therapy of low-intensity laser irradiation and magnetic therapy on the reflexogenic zones; results - developed method and patient, worked out using in applied using phtisiology; field - medicine.
