Gryshyna O. Bank financing and regulation of investment activity

The research object is an intercommunication of financial and real economy sectors. Investment resources of the financial organizations are the products of this intercommunication. The aim of the work is a determination of the theoretical and methodological adjustment of investment activity and its banking financing with taking into account the intercommunications of financial and real economy sectors. The methodological research base consists of the principals of general economic theory, general credit theory, finances, investments, management and state regulation of economy. The Results of scientific work are represented in the part "Financial factors influencing on investment process and bank financing". Research led to concrete recommendations and methodical developments, which bear upon creation of flexible adjustment system and financing of investment activity by the financial-banking intermediaries. Optimization methods of the portfolio assets for commercial banks are developed, and are widely used in JSC "Odessa-Bank", the methods of long-term and short-term business plans on receiving the financing sources of investment projects are developed, and inculcated into the agricultural LTD "Nadiya Ukrainy", agricultural public corporation "Ukraine", agricultural industrial enterprise " Svitanok" LTD, public corporation "Odessa fat-and-oil enterprise".
