The influence of foreign direct investments for social and economic development on the Ukraine and regions were investigated and evaluated in the dissertation. The methodological approaches for evaluation of economical development level of regions are proposed in dissertation. The system of organization and economical measures for improvement of terms for attraction and rationalization using of foreign direct investments and development and effective operation of joint ventures were made out.
