Essay

Is established, that at frequently sick weakend children on a background reduced immunology of the status the infringement of mineral exchange in cavity of mouth. And is observed, as the consequence, increase of intensity caries of process. At study of intensity of caries at them revealed the following KPUs and KPUp at 7-8 yars - 5.6 and 7.0 accordingly, that considerably exceeds the average data (5,0) for children of the age category. At12-13 years children KPYs was 8.8, and KPUp - 9,6, that is much hiher than average parameters at 12-year's children on Ukraine (4,0) and testifies to high intensity of caries at frequently sich 12-year's children. The way of preventive maintenance of caries at frequently sich children. Including complexc of measures is developed: application of a polimineral -vitamin preparation and preparation of vegetative origin and use for care of cavity of mouth toothpastes of directed preventive action.
