Dovgan L. Finances of the joint-stock companies in transforming economic conditions

Object of research: the financial activity of the joint-stock companies of Ukraine. Purpose of research: the development of theoretical and methodological bases concerning the essence disclosing and finance setting of the joint-stock companies in the transformation period. Methods of research: the methods of analysis and synthesis, the statistical comparison, economic-mathematical modeling, the experience of the financial activity of the enterprises in the market conditions were used. Theoretical and practical results: the idea of corporative finances theory was widened, the theoretical approaches to the capital classification of the joint-stock company were developed, the financial strategy of the joint-stock companies activity was substantiated, the indicators of the investment, attractiveness of the joint-stock companies were calculated. Novelty of research. The finances content of the entrepreneurship structures was accurated, where the finances are interpreted as the formation and use process of the money costs for production service with the purpose of profit obtaining, calculation ensuring with the state budget, financial institutions and other legal and physical persons. The reasonabless of the financial resources attraction in the form of bond emission in comparison with added stock out put was substantiated, that provides the increasing of the joint-stock companies market cost. The optimal cost structure of the enterprise capital was defined and measures concerning the risks minimization of the attracted costs use were proposed. Degree of introduction. The scientific practical conclusions and recommendations were used in the educational process during the program elaboration and the methodological ensuring of the branch of science "Enterprise finances" in the Academy of State Tax Service of Ukraine, in the practical activity JSCT "Kyivsoyushlyachproekt", "ADG Investment" LTD, Irpin executive committee concerning the methodology use of the investment attractiveness of the joint-stock companies, financial strategy elaboration of their penctioning, definition of forms and methods of financial researches attraction in the joint-stock companies activity.
