Object of research: export activity of the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine and Russia, international and regional seller's markets of metallurgical enterprise’s production. The purpose of research: the theoretical substantiation both development of the practical recommendations and offers directional on increase of productivity of results of investigation of the market at a choice of the export strategy of the industrial enterprise. Research techniques: the logical and dialectic method of study complex analysis method, method of a statistical analysis, method of the economic analysis, economic-mathematical methods of simulation, methods of a cluster correlation and multivariate statistical analysis, frequency analysis methods. Results: the approaches are advanced concerning a choice and estimation of efficiency of the export strategy of the industrial enterprises, the ways of forming, qualitatively new structures of inclusion in an international division of labour of the domestic enterprises on the basis makings is vertical – integrated complexes are determined; the export model of foreign trade activities of the industrial enterprise with definition of efficiency of export of the goods in different segments of the global market is designed. Novelty: the approaches to use of results of investigation of the global market are advanced; the method of diagnostics of competitive medium of the export market is realized; the key approaches to organization of an exit on the global markets with production of tne vertically - integrated complexes are justified; the export model of foreign trade activities of the enterprises is developed; the model of definition of the size of market segment of the enterprise is offered depending on the forecast volumes of sales; the elements of the strategy and behaviour of the enterprise are extended according to a life cycle of demand in the global market. A subject and degree of introduction: the measures on organization of metallurgical enterprise’s production trade in a global web the Internet and designed export model of foreign trade activities of the enterprise are used in educational process of the Priazovsky state technical university and Mariupol humanitarian institute. The model of definition the size of a market segment of the enterprises depending on the forecast volumes of sales is used in activity of Sales Department of Joint Stock "MMP after the name Illicha". Area of use: interbranch.
