The dissertation is devoted to development of rapid algorithms for the analysis of atmospheric gas compaunds on the base of Fourier-transform spectrometer measurements. On the basis of a laboratory experimental model, the principles of implementation for a hardware-software complex of Fourier-spectrometer operation, data collection and processing are grounded and completed. Approximate model calculations support the idea, according to which the main role in the weakening of the ozone layer power is played by the aerosol pollution of upper layers in the Earth's atmosphere and freons play a secondary role. For calculations of model spectra the molecular data base HITRAN96 was used. The comparison of this data base information with other spectral data bank Kurucz show some errors in quantum numbers for OH molecule.
