The dissertation contains results of theoretical and experimental researches in the field of slag alkaline binder and concrete development on the basis of alkaline silicate suspension - heterogeneous mix received by mechanical chemical activation of silicon dioxide containing wastes in alkaline solutions. By physical chemical methods the structural changes of liquid glasses were investigated and the interrelation of the characteristics of liquid glasses, and alkaline silicate suspension, technological characteristics and durability of the slag alkaline binder and their structure is revealed.
