The dissertation is devoted to rising of efficiency of inspection and treatment of the patients by the infectious-allergical bronchial asthma on the basis of research of features of parameters of the immunological status and microecology of the large intestine with study of it chronorhythms, and also influence on these parameters of inclusion in the basic schedule of treatment of imunal and of chronobacteriotherapy with the help of lynex. The developed schedule using of imunal and of lynex provide appreciable positive influence on the immunological status and condition of microecology of the large intestine at the primary majority of the patients on BA, at 89,91 % which the period of an exacerbation associates with the expressed dysbacteriosis of the large intestine. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
