Essay

Object - the patients with chronic liver diseases (CLD) of alcoholic and cryptogenic origin. Aim - to estimation the state of hormones disoders in patients with CLD by means of learn mechanism of progressive disease and improve methods of pathogenesis therapy. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunoassay, enzyme multiplied immunoassay, radioimmunoassay, morphological, sonography. The hormonal disorders, that have been established include endocrine complex of symptoms, and they are also accompanied by changes of adaptive hormonal activity; the results from the study of hormonal activity demonstrate, that hormonal disorders depend on the activity of the pathological process in the liver with increase from minima activity of chronic hepatitis to maxima activity and on the level of compensation with progressive changes in compensated cirrhosis to decompensated cirrhosis of liver; the correlation between the data of immunologic activity, hepatocyts' functional state and hormonal factors is established. The positive influence of immunomodulator due to immunomodulated effect to the clinical duration disease, immune and hormonal disorders with restoration of the hormonal data is settled.
