The Thesis deals with the definition of wind effects parameters on metallical meshed turrets wind machines on the basis of technical diagnostic improved methods. Are determined of statistical regularity of gusty wind flow. By an experimental way are determined spectral and amplitude-frequency characteristics of towers, as the constituents wind machines in conditions of their continued operation. The guidelines are designed at organization of technical diagnostic of wind machines towers.
